The books of the Old Testament are divided into major categories.  Up until this point we have been reading from the Pentateuch, or the first five books of the bible.  We now move into the book of Joshua which falls into the category of a history.  Don’t let the category fool you, it is a book filled with spiritual lessons, but also relates historical events of the children of Israel.

Friday (Day 78): Luke 1: 1-23; Deuteronomy 31-32

Saturday (Day 79): Luke 1: 24-56; Deuteronomy 33-34

Sunday (Day 80): Luke 1: 57-80; Joshua 1-3

Monday (Day 81): Luke 2: 1-24; Joshua 4-6

Tuesday (Day 82): Luke 2:25-32; Joshua 7-8

Wednesday (Day 83): Luke 3; Joshua 9-10

Thursday (Day 84): Luke 4:1-32; Joshua 11-13

Weekly Goals:

New Testament: Luke 1-4

Old Testament: Deuteronomy 31 – Joshua 13
