In the morning let us prepare for the new day with the words of the New Testament and in the evening let us reflect on how God moves in the lives of his people.

Morning Reading from the New Testament: Matthew 6

“Do your good deeds in secret. Pray, ‘Father, your kingdom come.’ You cannot serve God and money. Do not be anxious about your life.”

Evening Reading from the Old Testament: Genesis 18-19

Angels took Lot out of Sodom. The city was destroyed by fire and Lot’s wife was turned to salt. His daughters had children for him.
