The Amarillo Primitive Baptist Church continues the study of 2nd Peter looking at verses 16 through 18 of the 1st Chapter. In this text, Peter points back to his experience on the Mount of Transfiguration and how as the New Testament church we have a more sure prophecy than even the saints of the Old Testament had. That sure prophecy is the second coming of Jesus Christ and the hope of the New Testament church.
