In the morning let us prepare for the new day with the words of the New Testament and in the evening let us reflect on how God moves in the lives of his people.

Morning Reading from the New Testament: Romans 16

I commend to you Phoebe. Greet Prisca, Aquila, Andronicus, Junia and Rufus. Avoid those who cause divisions. Glory to God forever!

Evening Reading from the Old Testament: Psalms 109-111

Do not be silent, O God. For wicked mouths speak against me. May his name be blotted out! Let curses come upon him! Help me, O LORD.

The LORD says to my Lord: “Sit at my right hand. You are a priest in the order of Melchizedek.” The Lord will judge the nations.

Praise the Lord! Great are his works. He is ever mindful of his covenant. All his precepts are sure. His praise endures forever.
