In the morning let us prepare for the new day with the words of the New Testament and in the evening let us reflect on how God moves in the lives of his people.

Morning Reading from the New Testament: Matthew 24: 1-22

Jesus said, “In the end there will be tribulation. Let those in Judea flee. The Son of Man will come in glory. No one knows the day.”

Evening Reading from the Old Testament: Exodus 39-40

They made the ephod, breastplate, tunics, turban and sash for Aaron. Moses saw that it had all been made as the LORD had commanded.

Moses set up the tabernacle and brought the ark into it, as the LORD had commanded. Then the glory of the LORD filled the tabernacle.
